Print Head Cleaning Service

Recover your print heads and save up to 60% on the price of a new printhead.

Your print quality is deteriorating or your print head stopped working properly? Large format print heads are expensive to replace but most of the time – when the problem is caught in time – you don’t need to buy a new print head.

There are several factors that contribute to print head failure. Daily use of print heads and the environmental conditions of your print room lead to a build-up of overspray and clogged nozzles. In addition to that, the substrate that is being used usually attract a lot of particles that may damage the surface of your print head and stop your production. Our experts partnered with an independent laboratory to develop a state-of-the-art and efficient technology to perform a deep cleaning of industrial print heads and bring them back to life at a fraction of the cost needed for a brand new print head.

We don’t settle for anything less than excellence. We can usually recover between 99% to 100% of nozzles. We specialize in cleaning industrial print heads used in Agfa ®, Durst ®, Canon-Océ ®, Efi-Vutek ®, HP ®, and many other printers. The cleaning service is available for a wide variety printer technology using thermal, solvent, dye-sub and UV print heads. Some well-known print head brands that we recover include Konica-Minolta ®, Ricoh ®, Spectra ®, Kyocera ® and more. Please note that our service is not avaiable for Epson ® print heads.

What customers say

Customer testimonial

Great service! Printheads work really well. The only downside is that the printhead doesn’t last as long as a brand-new one, but at this price, it’s totally worth it.

Christian Perrotti

Fast, reliable, and professional! My printer is back in action, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the repair. Definitely worth every penny!
